Understand and document current structure

  • Each role or function in the organization providing title, division, location, reporting relationships, position description and importance within the organization
  • Organizational diagram of existing roles and functions
  • Areas of concern in the existing organization, specifically, what can be solved by changing the organizational structure, defining new roles and responsibilities or assessing personnel
  • Current state of morale

Design new structures

The next step is to design new structures, guidelines, roles and responsibilities. Thus, we develop:

  • Guidelines for new organizational design
  • Revised organizational diagrams
  • New functional descriptions to define new and/or modified roles

Implementation and follow-up

After designing your new structure, we advise you regarding implementation and progress checks. Specifically, we provide:

  • In-depth reports for management regarding implementation and integration of the newly defined organization
  • Follow-up meetings to gauge progress and outcomes of organizational success
